Happy Wednesday! It’s time for a new challenge over at
I have a really fun way to use the Silhouette Cameo and those Sketch Pens.
But first let me tell you about our two sponsors this week!
Be sure to check them out!
I had the pleasure of working with Ella by The Paper Nest Dolls
on my project.
Prize: $20 Gift Certificate
and

Prize: 3 Digital Images
Now before we get into this project let me tell you something.
I love the sketch feature on my Silhouette Cameo. I do have the Silhouette Sketch Pens and
use them with no problems. However, I knew I wanted to have ink that I could color. So I purchased the Silhouette Pen Adapter. Love it. Now I can use Copic Multi Liners and Sharpies so I don’t have to worry about ink smudging and ruining my projects.
Now that that’s said let’s get onto this card.

I knew as soon as I saw Ella what I wanted to do. And here’s the secret, it’s so easy!
I used a sharpie fine tip pen with my pen adapter and sketch feature to create the
background. Literally, this sketches in less than 5 minutes. And you aren’t limited to just
sketch files. I use cut files for sketching too. You know all those super cute sentiments
you see all over the internet. I just type in to my Silhouette software and arrange it with my
file and let the machine take it from there. Seriously, I’m in love with this feature.
Now it’s your turn to show us what you’re working on this week.
I’m entering this into the following: The Paper Nest Dolls September Challenge #9 ~ Anything Goes 2 Creative Chicks Showcase #2 ~ Anything Goes
Silhouette Challenge #29 ~ Anything Goes (Sketch Feature)

Here’s another card using the sketch feature.
