Every Birthday Party needs a hat! Using SDS Santas Workshop Kit – 3D Elf Hat I created this fun Birthday Hat. This would be really cute as the topper for a cake or cupcake stand. You definitely need to allow yourself a little cut and assemble time. It’s not difficult to assemble but it does take a bit of time.
